In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs. The responsibility is to support team to complete daily operations.


-          Daily administration work for the belonged department, including but not limited to daily reception, email checking, purchasing for small goods, etc.

-          Perform clerical duties, take memos, meeting minutes, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed

-          Assist in preparing information and research reports; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for projects

-       Manage databases and input information, data, and records; update and maintain the knowledge pool regularly

-       Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry for marketing promotion

-       Support with organize, maintain and update department calendars, job allocations

-       Attend company functions and networking events for BD and marketing purpose

-       Update and post supervised social media and website content; respond to web correspondence, social media posts, and emails

-       Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


-          Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

-          Must be 18 years of age

-          Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; for foreign applicants Fluent Chinese is a plus

-          Self-directed and able to work without supervision

-          Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas


We’re building our Growth team and we’re getting good at it. But to get us to our next stage, we need somebody who can find business opportunities where nobody has ventured yet: our accumulated data. This internship isn’t a common one, your impact – and learnings, can seriously get you to your own next stage professionally. Ideally, you’re joining full time for 6 months as part of your university curriculum or a gap year.


-          Supporting with building growth structure, and systems,

-        Lead the execution of startup and corporate innovation programs in Singapore

-        Co-define the positioning and strategy for our Singapore operations and activities

-        Independently and actively spearhead sales and actively build up our client based with ambitious targets for revenue and profitability

-        Manage relationships with key partners in Singapore, including startups, incubators, government agencies, corporate partners, universities and VC’s

-        Generate and implement efficient sourcing strategies to find local Singaporean startups for our China market entry program

-        Lead efforts to build and expand relationships with additional partners

-        Act as a mentor and advisor to startups in XNode programs

-        Recruit and manage a local team to help drive execution

-        You are well connected within the Singaporean startups and corporate innovation ecosystem

-        Excellent leadership, innovation project management and sales skills

-        Deep knowledge of state-of-the-art innovation methodologies including lean startup, customer development, rapid prototyping and design thinking

-        Native speaker or at least business fluency in English, fluent Chinese is a plus

-        Ability to successfully build and manage relationships with senior government and corporate stakeholders

-        Significant, hands-on work experience as an entrepreneur, investor and/or advisor

-        Unrelenting persistence and drive for excellence in execution

-        5-8 years working experience

-        Experience as a founder or early employee as a startup is a must

-        Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or VC is a plus

-        Graduate degree in Business, Innovation or Technology

-        Local Singaporean is a plus

The Acceleration Manager is responsible for coaching guiding and facilitating the internal and external startups that take part in our acceleration programs. As an Acceleration Manager, you will report directly to your program director.


·       Overseeing the entire incubation and acceleration program


·       Communicating directly with our clients and team during the programs


·       Delivering workshops on specific topic-expertise areas


·       Guiding and coaching external and internal startups


·       Business development activities, crafting proposals and client management


·       Passion for innovation and creating the future


·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of these areas: Innovation, Economics, Business, Marketing


·       Experience in project management


·       A willingness to rapidly learn from your colleagues and embrace continuous improvement


·       A strong sense of responsibility and ownership

·       Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with external partners;


·       Confident and efficient presentation skills and great coaching potential;

·       At least 5 years’ relative experience in hospitality or other high-end customer service industry


·       Passion and in-depth understanding of the Innovation and Entrepreneurial ecosystem


·       Ability to design and drive rules or practices to continually improve customer satisfaction


·       Must have strong verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and in English


·       Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships


·       A strong sense of responsibility and ownership


·       Project management and business operations experience required


·       At least 3 years’ experience in managing a team


·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree, MBA is a plus


Develop and implement our marketing strategy for product and service positioning, market penetration, and pricing that will improve the organization’s competitive position and drive growth for the business

·       Define value positioning of our service and product line with other function heads in consistency with XNode’s Mission, Vision and Value.

·       Development and implementation of regional product and service strategy.

·       Develop and implement XNode brand strategy

·       Build and implement a full data-driven approach to marketing measuring ROI for different marketing channels while continuously striving for and realizing improvement of core KPI’s

·       Define brand image and design imagery building road map. Closely monitor brand performance and regular review brand status together with other function heads.

·       Owner of XNode visual identity. Define critical visual cue and adaptation guideline for internal and cross team.

·       Drive awareness of our brand through great content.

·       Develop, implement and adjust marketing strategies in accordance with product positioning and brand image to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.

·       Keep regular reviewing, designing, and sharing on latest content on different communication channels.

·       Liaising with other senior executives across the organization to ensure that marketing strategy and activities are integrated with other parts of the business.

·       Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.

·       The expert in market intelligence for the products (customers, competitors, pricing, service, coverage, features and benefits etc.)

·       Strong strategic thinking, good sense of the full business picture.

·       Entrepreneurial mindset and skillset.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders; Good team work spirit.

·       Proactive thinking, result-driven

·       Product & marketing expertise (5P, pricing, positioning, commercial process, etc.)

·       Experience with data-driven marketing

·       10+ years working experience, at least 3 years’ experience as brand owner.

·       Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Native Mandarin speaker is a plus.

·       Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus.
